Rates & Policies
RATES
Guest bedrooms (2 bedrooms in main house with shared bath): $60 (each) + tax
Guest house (Law Office): $95 + tax
Government Rates are available
POLICIES
Check in: 4:00 PM
Check out: 11:00 AM
Deposits: One night's deposit must be received within one week from the date the reservation is made.
Cancellations: Deposits will be refunded, less a 10% service fee, when cancellation is made not less that 10 days prior to reserved date.
Smoking: No smoking indoors. Anywhere outdoors is OK.
Pets: Pets are not allowed inside Main House or Guest House.
Children: Children all ages are welcome.
